"I am in a group of 5 women that come to town every year for the Procession. We always stay at your hotel. This year we almost didn't make it, because 3 women have suffered the loss of jobs in their families. I called the Governor house and reserved 3 rooms for us. Then as the date approached I called Lynette and explained that I needed her help in pulling this off. I had told the group that I had a coupon for a discount off the rooms (so that they would accept my offer to pay for everything). But I needed Lynette's help in the check-in process, and to make sure it was done with finesse and sensitivity. She was perfect! And we had a perfect weekend! It was a pleasure working with Lynette and I thank her from the bottom of my heart."
